From Our Family to Yours Since 1972

The late Frank R. Szatkowski D.D.S. established as the first dental practice in Bloomingdale in 1972 under the name of Associated Dental Care (ADC),

2002
In 2002, Frank Szatkowki’s son, Dr. Adam C. Szatkowski started working as a dentist alongside his father. Soon after, his father retired from practicing dentistry due to the onset of Lou Gehrig’s Disease (ALS). Although Dr. Frank was not actively working on patients in the office, he continued to closely advise his son to continue providing excellent care to his patients through Dr. Adam.
2007
Dr. Frank fought ALS for five years and, unfortunately, succumbed to the disease in March 2007. Today, Dr. Adam along with a dedicated team of highly trained professionals remain committed to providing the highest level of service with the same comfortable, gentle, pain-free care that the practice was founded on.
2014
In 2014, Associated Dental Care adopted the name Eagle Falls Dentistry in honor of the late Dr. Frank R. Szatkowksi.
