From Addison, take Lake St. west and turn left onto Ridge Ave. at the corner with Portillo’s Hot Dogs. Take your first right onto E Schick Rd, then turn left onto Gary Ave. Turn left at your first opportunity onto Entrance Dr. 5, then turn left and left again to enter our parking lot. We will be in the third building on the left, just north of Taco Bell.

From Schaumburg, drive south on S Roselle Rd., continuing onto CR-4 and then onto N Bloomingdale Rd. Turn right onto W Schick Rd. at the corner with Dairy Queen, then turn left onto Gary Ave. and take your first left onto Entrance Dr. 5. At the end of the drive, turn left and then left again into our parking lot; you will find Eagle Falls Dentistry ahead on the left between Taco Bell and First American Bank.
